Here's what cheapz does with your data — and everything it never collects.
You sign in to the panel with your Discord account. Discord gives me your username, account ID, avatar and email address; I never ask for your Roblox password.
Your balance, orders and support threads are stored in the panel — so you can track your orders and so both of us have a record if something goes wrong.
The amount you type into the calculator on the public pages never leaves your browser, and nothing is stored until you sign in.
From Discord: your username, account ID, profile picture and email address. Used to recognise you and to attach orders to you.
Order data: your Roblox username, gamepass link, order amount and the total paid.
Balance ledger: every top-up, spend and refund is kept as a signed entry. These are never deleted — they are the only proof your balance is correct.
Support tickets: the tickets you open and every message in them.
Session records: when you sign in, your session, IP address and browser info are stored. These protect your account against unauthorised sign-ins.
A Binance Gift Card code you enter is stored encrypted and decrypted exactly once, while your request is being approved. After approval the code is deleted entirely.
For crypto top-ups only the transaction hash you submit and the wallet you sent to are stored. Both are already public on the blockchain.
I am not a payment provider, so I never see or store card details, bank details or wallet keys.
A session cookie (required to stay signed in), a language preference cookie and the panel's sidebar width preference. Your theme preference lives in local storage.
The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
I don't sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
The parties involved by the nature of the process are: Discord for sign-in, Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, Groq for the support assistant, and Roblox for delivery.
When you open a support ticket, the first reply comes from an assistant running on Groq. It receives only your message plus summary facts such as your balance, order status and pending top-up count; your email address, gamepass link and gift card code are never sent to it.
To find out what I hold about you or to request deletion of your account, open a support ticket in the panel.
When I delete your account, your orders, support threads and session records go with it. Balance ledger entries may be kept for a reasonable period in a form detached from your identity, for accounting and dispute purposes.
If you're under 18, get your parent's permission before buying. If you're a parent and want an order your child placed cancelled, message me.
If this text is updated, the date at the bottom of the page changes. I'll announce any significant change.
